Harris v. State

Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM.

We remand this case for correction of the judgment and sentence in circuit court case number 88-73-CF to reflect credit for 853 days served prior to sentencing. The disposition in this case was the same as, and concurrent with, appellant’s companion case 88-19-CF, in which the proper amount of credit was awarded. The judgments and sentences in both cases are in all other respects affirmed.

RYDER, A.C.J., and LEHAN and ALTENBERND, JJ., concur.
