PER CURIAM.

We sua sponte grant rehearing and substitute the following opinion in place of the opinion issued on June 19, 1991.

We affirm appellant’s adjudication of delinquency and sentence for possession of cocaine. We reverse the imposition of public defender fees on the authority of In the Interest of R.B., a child, 582 So.2d 163 (Fla. 4th DCA 1991).

*822AFFIRMED IN PART; REVERSED IN PART and REMANDED.
