Based on the reversal and remand of part of the underlying, lien foreclosure action, Ocean Beach Resort, Inc. v. Rodack, 586 So.2d 363 (Fla. 3d DCA 1991), the attorney's fee issue raised in this appeal is moot. We, therefore, reverse the trial court’s order awarding attorney’s fees to the unit owners and remand the case to the trial court for further proceedings.
