Alexander v. Florida Unemployment Appeals Commission

Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM.

Alexander, employer below, appeals a final order of the Florida Unemployment Appeals Commission which dismissed her appeal of an adverse decision of an appeals referee. The Commission, upon consideration of the initial brief, candidly concedes that its order of dismissal was erroneous. Accordingly, we reverse and remand for further proceedings.

JOANOS, C.J., ALLEN, J., and WENTWORTH, S.J., concur.
