Siplin v. State

Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM.

Jerry Siplin has appealed the order of the trial court denying his motion to correct illegal sentence. We affirm, without prejudice to Siplin’s right to assert the alleged deficiencies regarding his sentencing in a properly framed rule 3.850 motion. See Caristi v. State, 578 So.2d 769, 774 (Fla. 1st DCA 1991).

JOANOS, C.J., and SMITH and ZEHMER, JJ., concur.
