Richard Leone appeals the denial of his petition for habeas corpus. All the complaints raised in the petition refer to a Citrus County conviction for sexual battery. Leone does not demonstrate why his present confinement in the Hillsborough County Jail is unlawful. See generally, State v. Broom, 523 So.2d 639 (Fla. 2d DCA 1988). Accordingly, we affirm the order of the trial court.
