Previously, we issued an opinion in this cause calling for supplemental briefing pursuant to Forrester v. State, 542 So.2d 1358 (Fla. 1st DCA 1989). Carter v. State, 549 So.2d 1194 (Fla. 1st DCA 1989). Having received the supplement brief and having reviewed the record on appeal, we AFFIRM the denial of appellant’s motion to suppress.
