Levy, Nesbitt, Schwartz

Cabaniss v. Florida Unemployment Appeals Commission

Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM.

We affirm the finding of ineligibility for unemployment benefits. Pursuant to section 443.101(8)(b), Florida Statutes (1989), the fact that one-half of the claimant’s social security retirement benefit is greater than the amount of unemployment compensation to which he would be entitled, ren*441ders him ineligible to receive unemployment benefits.
