Based on the authority of Chambers v. Nasco, Inc., — U.S. -, 111 S.Ct. 2123, 115 L.Ed.2d 27 (1991) and Sanchez v. Sanchez, 435 So.2d 347 (Fla. 3d DCA 1983), we hereby affirm the trial court’s order assessing attorney’s fees and costs against Sheldon Greene and Associates, Inc.
