PER CURIAM.

Reversed and remanded with directions that the final order be vacated and an order for attorney’s fees be entered in accord with the agreement of the parties on appeal. The appellee has conceded that a dismissal in the case below is appropriate and that the appellant is entitled to an award of reasonable fees as set out in appellant’s motion for fees and the affidavit filed in support thereof.
