Contrary to the determination below, the record clearly establishes that the appellant is the lawful owner of the entire interest in the apartment in question. See Knapp v. Fredricksen, 148 Fla. 311, 4 So.2d 251 (1941). Accordingly, the judgment under review is reversed and the cause remanded *42with directions to enter judgment in accordance herewith.

Reversed.
