Opinion of the Court
We affirm on all issues, save one. We reverse the award of attorney’s fees against Underwriters Financial Florida Inc. The only basis for the award was section 57.105, Florida Statutes (1991), but we conclude that Universal Financial raised a jus-ticiable issue of law or fact.
AFFIRMED IN PART, REVERSED IN PART, AND REMANDED FOR CONSISTENT PROCEEDINGS.
