Reversed on the authority of Stebilla v. Mussallem, 595 So.2d 136 (Fla. 5th DCA) rev. denied, 604 So.2d 487, 604 So.2d 486, Nos. 79,515 and 79,764 (Fla. Aug. 20, 1992). See also Hospital Corp. of America v. Lindberg, 571 So.2d 446 (Fla. 1990).

REVERSED and REMANDED.
