Jackson v. State

Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM.

This cause is before us on appeal from a judgment of conviction of possession of cocaine with intent to sell, in violation of section 893.13, Florida Statutes, a second-degree felony. We note a scrivener’s error in the “degree of crime” stated on the judgment form, and correct it to state “sec*515ond-degree.” As so corrected, the judgment stands affirmed.

BOOTH, SHIVERS and WEBSTER, JJ., concur.
