PER CURIAM.

We affirm with the exception that credit should have been allowed against the deficiency judgment for the following related items:

Fairlead assemblies and installation $16,540.00

Fairlead mounting hardware 1,368.50.

Upon remand, the judgment shall be corrected to reflect these credits.

AFFIRMED BUT REMANDED FOR CORRECTION.
