PER CURIAM.

We grant the petition for writ of certio-rari on the authority of Key West Convalescent Center, Inc. v. Doherty, 619 So.2d 367, 18 Fla.L.Weekly D1326 (Fla. 3d DCA 1993), which we adopt in its entirety, and remand for further proceedings consistent with that decision.
