PER CURIAM.

We reverse the order of the trial court denying appellant’s motion for relief under Florida Rules of Criminal Procedure 3.850, on authority of State v. Williams, 623 So.2d 462 (Fla. 1993). We remand with instructions to vacate the conviction and sentence in Case No. 90-5806. See Phillips v. State, 623 So.2d 621 (Fla. 4th DCA 1993).

REVERSED AND REMANDED.
