Noegel v. Florida Unemployment Appeals Commission

Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM.

We reverse the order of the Unemployment Appeals Commission which dismissed Guy Noegel’s appeal as untimely filed. The Commission concedes that Noegel is entitled to a hearing to determine whether he received the appeals referee’s decision in time to seek appellate review within the limits established by section 443.151(4)(b), Florida Statutes (1993).
