(specially concurring).

Given the former husband’s noncompliance with support orders, and his unreasonable position that the correct measure of valuation in this case is book value rather than fair market value, I do not see that a useful purpose would be served by a remand at the husband’s instance for reconfiguration of the equitable distribution award.
