Trelles v. Trelles

Trelles v. Trelles
Florida District Courts of Appeal · Decided November 30, 1993 · Cope, Ferguson, Goderich
629 So. 2d 908; 1993 Fla. App. LEXIS 11855; 1993 WL 492594 (Southern Reporter, Second Series)

Trelles v. Trelles

Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM.

Affirmed.

FERGUSON and GODERICH, JJ., concur.

Concurring Opinion

COPE, Judge

(specially concurring).

Given the former husband’s noncompliance with support orders, and his unreasonable position that the correct measure of valuation in this case is book value rather than fair market value, I do not see that a useful purpose would be served by a remand at the husband’s instance for reconfiguration of the equitable distribution award.
