Gregory v. Taylor

Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM.

AFFIRMED.

DELL, C.J., and PARIENTE, J., concur. GLICKSTEIN, J., dissents with opinion.

Dissenting Opinion

GLICKSTEIN, Judge,

dissenting.

In my view, the record entitles appellants to favorable inferences upon the issues of knowledge and control to withstand summary final judgment. Accordingly, I would reverse the summary final judgment entered in favor of appellees/landlords and remand for further proceedings.
