Affirmed. See Gibson v. Courtois, 539 So.2d 459 (Fla. 1989); Goff v. Indian Lake Estates, Inc., 178 So.2d 910 (Fla. 2d DCA 1965). Compare generally Nguyen v. Roth Realty, Inc., 550 So.2d 490, 491 (Fla. 5th DCA 1989) (real estate sales contract provides for expiration of contract and payment of commission beyond expiration date).
