In the Interest of J.O.
Florida District Courts of Appeal · Decided April 27, 1994 · Quince, Schoonover, Threadgill
635 So. 2d 158; 1994 Fla. App. LEXIS 4159; 1994 WL 151376 (Southern Reporter, Second Series)

In the Interest of J.O.

Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM.

The mother of J.O. and T.O. has challenged the trial court’s order terminating her parental rights. We affirm the final judgment in this matter because a review of the record indicates the Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services met its burden of establishing the need for termination of parental rights by clear and convincing evidence. See In re J.A., 561 So.2d 356 (Fla. 3d DCA 1990).

Affirmed.

SCHOONOVER, A.C.J., and THREADGILL and QUINCE, JJ., concur.
