T.P. v. State

Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM.

Appellant’s judgment and disposition are AFFIRMED. However, we remand to the trial court for correction of a scrivener’s error on the community control disposition order. Appellant was found guilty of trespass on a construction site under section 810.-09(2)(d), Florida Statutes. Although the order correctly lists the statute, it describes *1083the offense as “Trespass Structure,” a first-degree misdemeanor.

BOOTH, WOLF and WEBSTER, JJ., concur.
