FARMER, Judge.

Treating the papers as a Petition for Writ of Mandamus, the petition is granted. The trial court is directed to hold an evidentiary hearing and determine need and ability with regard to attorney’s fees for appellate services in Bleakley v. Bleakley, Case No. 92-3378, and, if necessary, the amount of any fee to be awarded.
