State v. Fogan

Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM.

The state seeks a writ of prohibition because the circuit court, by consolidating a misdemeanor case with a felony case, has exceeded its jurisdiction in regard to the misdemeanor case. We grant the writ and *1198direct that the misdemeanor case be remanded to county court.
