(Southern Reporter, Second Series)
Jackson v. State
Opinion of the Court
Appellant’s sentence is reversed, because the trial court erroneously used a new sentencing guideline scoresheet, rather than the original scoresheet, after sentencing appellant following the revocation of his community control. The case is remanded for resen-tencing under the original scoresheet. Pfeiffer v. State, 568 So.2d 530 (Fla. 1st DCA 1990); Manuel v. State, 582 So.2d 823 (Fla. 2d DCA 1991).
REVERSED and REMANDED for further proceedings.
