PER CURIAM.

Mario Martinez appeals an order granting relief from judgment pursuant to Florida Rule of Juvenile Procedure 8.270(b)(2) and (3). We concur with the trial court that the legal standards for relief from judgment were met. We therefore affirm the order under review.*

Affirmed.

We need not reach, and express no view on, appellee’s argument that appellant has no parental rights with respect to the older child.
