Campanur v. State

Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM.

Juan Campanur appeals Ms sentences for multiple convictions following his plea of nolo contendere. He argues that, under Karchesky v. State, 591 So.2d 930 (Fla. 1992), the trial court incorrectly assessed 140 victim injury points. We agree and reverse his sentences.

On remand for resentencing, the trial court shall determine the appropriate victim injury points and impose sentence accordingly.

SCHOONOVER, A.C.J., and THREADGILL and BLUE, JJ., concur.
