Opinion of the Court

FARMER, Judge.

The trial court involuntarily dismissed appellant’s case:

(1) without prior notice to the parties;

(2) within six months from the last record activity; and

(3)“for lack of interest [sic].”

We find error in all of the above and consequently reverse.

REVERSED.
