Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM.

The judge of compensation claims has certified that a record on appeal cannot be prepared because of technical problems with the recording equipment. Accordingly, the final order is reversed and remanded for a *245hearing de novo. Arnold Lumber Co. v. Harris, 469 So.2d 786 (Fla. 1st DCA 1984).

REVERSED AND REMANDED.
