PER CURIAM.

We grant petitioner’s Motion for Rehearing only to the extent that our December 3, 1993, denial of certiorari is without prejudice to petitioner seeking re-consohdation of cases in the trial court, should further discovery establish overlapping injuries from two or more of petitioner’s claims.
