Pursuant to appellee’s partial Confession of Error regarding the appellant’s double award for an expert witness fee, the total cost judgment must be reduced from $6,242.00 to $5,242.00. Accordingly, this cause is remanded for that purpose. In all other respects, the judgment and order under appeal are affirmed.
