Francisco v. Pedroso

Based on the appellees’ forthright acknowledgment that the final summary judgment entered by the trial court on October 18,1994, was entered “as a result of a clerical error”, we reverse the said final judgment and remand for further proceedings consistent herewith.

Reversed and remanded with directions.
