PER CURIAM.

We affirm on the appellant’s first three issues finding them to be without merit. We decline to review the fourth issue since it is a nonappealable nonfinal order pursuant to McIlveen v. McIlveen, 644 So.2d 612 (Fla. 2d DCA 1994).
