Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM.

Appellants seek review of an adverse final judgment in an action brought under the open meetings law. We agree with the trial court that the appellee Community Partnership for Homeless, Inc., is not an agency or authority of Dade County for purposes of section 286.011, Florida Statutes (1993).

Affirmed.
