This is an appeal from an order denying a motion to vacate a default in a dissolution of marriage action. I would reverse based on Somero v. Hendry General Hospital, 467 So.2d 1103 (Fla. 4th DCA), pet. for rev. denied, Hayslip v. Somero, 476 So.2d 674 (Fla. 1985).
