Rinaldo v. State

Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM.

We affirm. Appellant has failed to demonstrate reversible error in the points raised on appeal. However, we remand for the trial court to correct the written order of probation so that it reflects the court-imposed restitution requirement. See § 775.089(1)(a), Fla.Stat. (1993).

AFFIRMED but REMANDED.

DELL, C.J., and GLICKSTEIN and FARMER, JJ., concur.
