Taylor v. State

Taylor v. State
Florida District Courts of Appeal · Decided May 5, 1995 · Griffin, Peterson, Thompson
653 So. 2d 1145; 1995 Fla. App. LEXIS 4877; 1995 WL 258095 (Southern Reporter, Second Series)

Taylor v. State

Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM.

We find no error in the contested issues on appeal. The state properly concedes that conformity with Sirmons v. State, 634 So.2d 153 (Fla. 1994) requires appellant’s convictions for grand theft be vacated.

AFFIRMED in part; REVERSED in part; and REMANDED.

PETERSON, GRIFFIN and THOMPSON, JJ., concur.
