Florida District Courts of Appeal · Decided June 27, 1995 · Booth, Joanos, Miner
656 So. 2d 289; 1995 Fla. App. LEXIS 6901; 1995 WL 376862 (Southern Reporter, Second Series)

Starling v. Jacksonville Police & Fire Pension Board of Trustees

Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM.

The plaintiff brought suit challenging the Pension Board’s calculation of his pension. The trial court granted summary judgment for the Pension Board, refusing to disturb the Board’s construction of the terms and conditions of the pension plan. We agree with the trial court that the Board’s construction was correct and was rendered in good faith, and we affirm the trial court’s final judgment entered on this basis.

BOOTH, JOANOS and MINER, JJ., concur.
