Gordon v. State
Florida District Courts of Appeal · Decided May 3, 1995 · Frank, Parker, Whatley
657 So. 2d 1186; 1995 Fla. App. LEXIS 4628; 1995 WL 253621 (Southern Reporter, Second Series)

Gordon v. State

Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM.

A jury found Irvin Bernard Gordon guilty of robbery and battery. We affirm the convictions and sentences. The judgment, however, erroneously reflects that Gordon entered a plea of guilty. We remand this case to the trial court for correction of the judgment to reflect that Gordon was tried by a jury and found guilty of the crimes.

FRANK, C.J., and PARKER and WHATLEY, JJ., concur.
