PER CURIAM.

Based on appellee’s, Donna Parks, “Confession of Error” filed in this court on August 7, 1995, this ease is reversed and remanded to the trial court for the purpose of conducting a hearing on the issue of appellee’s relocation from the State of Florida, and all other matters that may come before the trial court.

REVERSED AND REMANDED.
