ON CONFESSION OF ERROR

PER CURIAM.

Upon the State’s proper confession of error, the trial court order revoking petitioner’s pretrial release is vacated and the cause remanded with directions to reinstate petitioner’s pretrial release status forthwith.

Habeas corpus granted.
