Darville v. State
Florida District Courts of Appeal · Decided August 30, 1995 · Klein, Melanie, Stone

Darville v. State

Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM.

The appellant, Karen Darville, appeals her conviction for conspiracy to sell cocaine and argues that the evidence was insufficient to prove a conspiracy. We disagree and affirm the conviction, but reverse that portion of the judgment in which the trial court prospectively awarded appellate attorney’s fees. See Anderson v. State, 632 So.2d 132 (Fla. 4th DCA 1994).

STONE and KLEIN, JJ., and MAY, MELANIE, Associate Judge, concur.
