Williams v. State

Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM.

We review an appeal from Williams’ convictions and sentencing for burglary and grand theft. We affirm on all but one of the issues raised by the appellant. The trial court erred by ordering that the individual sentences be served consecutively. We reverse the consecutive sentences and remand for imposition of concurrent habitual felony *367offender sentences. Goshay v. State, 646 So.2d 213, 214 (Fla. 1st DCA 1994).
