Hacker v. Hacker
Florida District Courts of Appeal · Decided October 20, 1995 · Antoon, Griffin, Harris
663 So. 2d 661; 1995 Fla. App. LEXIS 10984; 1995 WL 613188 (Southern Reporter, Second Series)

Hacker v. Hacker

Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM.

It would serve no useful purpose to expend the space necessary to recount the unique procedural history of this case. We do conclude, however, after sorting it all out, that the trial court was correct in determining that it had not lost jurisdiction to act in the proceeding. Accordingly, the appealed order is affirmed.

AFFIRMED.

HARRIS, GRIFFIN and ANTOON, JJā€ž concur.
