PER CURIAM.

The adjudication of delinquency for burglary of a dwelling is affirmed. The adjudication of delinquency for petit theft is vacated and we remand with directions to discharge the appellant as to the charge.

I would affirm the burglary adjudication, reverse the petit theft adjudication, and remand for further proceedings.
