Johnson v. State

Opinion of the Court

PER CURIAM.

On the State’s concession of error, we reverse the trial court’s imposition of public defender fees under section 27.56, Florida Statutes (1993), and remand to allow Johnson an opportunity to be heard on the amount of these fees. Kirby v. State, 658 So.2d 1232 (Fla. 1st DCA 1995). We affirm Johnson’s judgment and sentence in all other respects.

ERVIN, BOOTH and WEBSTER, JJ., concur.
