In view of the fact that the record reflects a genuine issue of material fact concerning the circumstances of the plaintiffs fall, particularly including the question of what caused the fall, the trial court was in error in granting a Summary Final Judgment to the appellee herein. Accordingly, the summary judgment is reversed and this cause is remanded to the trial court for further proceedings consistent herewith.

Reversed and remanded.
