PER CURIAM.

The judgment and sentence are affirmed in all respects except that we strike the separate imposition of $304.00 and $49.50 costs as either duplicative of other costs imposed or otherwise unsupported. See Holmes v. State, 658 So.2d 1185 (Fla. 4th DCA 1995).
