This appeal is dismissed on the authority of Benz v. State, 346 So.2d 1081 (Fla. 1st DCA 1977) (where notice of appeal was not timely filed, jurisdiction never vested in appellate court, and appeal was dismissed).

APPEAL DISMISSED.
